Diversity Gym: Level 1
Eradicating Business Biases
Our introductory workshop walks teams through a 7-step system to help them understand and transform any internal and individual biases. Leaving this workshop team members will:
Have working definitions of diversity, equity, inclusion and other DI-related jargon
Have language to help them talk to each other and customers about racial injustice
Be more aware of their own lingering biases and how to move forward
Know how to identify triggers and dismantle them
Have a deeper sense of their identity story and how it informs their professional journey and point of view.
Diversity Gym: Level 2
Transformative Team Building
Once teams have completed our foundational workshop, they’re ready to begin to work together to build a better system. At the end of this workshop team members will:
Have a plan for how to work together to improve team diversity
Have a strong understanding of existing challenges in their industry and company culture
Be equipped to navigate difficult conversations with supervisors, peers, and clients
Have a roadmap for how to address existing team challenges

Communicating Your Culture to Clients
The final phase of our workshops helps teams prepare their customer-facing messaging and create long-term strategies for change. At the end of this workshop team members will be able to:
Confidently launch diversity and inclusion committees, tasks, and initiatives
Confidently communicate publicly their company’s values and messaging around D&I
Strategically position themselves in the market as a conscious company
Know how to leverage diversity, inclusion and equity to grow their business and relationships
Leadership Team Training
In order for diversity and inclusion to permeate each sector of your company’s culture, your leadership teams will need to fully understand how to implement change, as well as how to handle the challenges that come with these changes.
